How does your tracker work
Our modern tracking device is technically installed in a skilful and hard to detect parts of your vehicle and necessary configurations are done to synchronize your tracker to a remote server. Customers will also be provided with username and password with which they can use to login to their tracking dashboard to track their vehicles in real time.
How do i track my car
As simple as ABC, log in to your mobile application dashboard with the username and password assigned to you and begin tracking your vehicles.
What is the cost of installation
Installation fees ranges from 35,000Naira to 70,000Naira depending on the tracking features inclusive. You can browse through our installation price plan on this website. Locate the link at the menu top.
How long does it take to install your tracker in my vehicle
Installation practically takes 1:30mins to 2hrs to fully install and integrate the tracking features on your smart phone.
Is there a monthly or annual subscription/hidden charges
There are no hidden charges and our tracking device comes with no renewal fee. However, in order to coniniously using the mobile application, there is an annual fee of 10,000Naira. This mobile app renewal fee is very optional and doesnt affect the effectiveness of the tracking device installed in your vehicle as you can always keep track of your vehicle location without the mobile application
Do I have to bring my car to your office
Customers have the option to choose where they want Installation to be done. It could be your location or at our office.
Does your tracker have warranty
All our trackers come with a one year warranty. While our trackers rarely develops faults and are known to last for several years, Our warranty policy provides assurance for our customers that we shall replace your tracker should they become defective within the course of the first year of purchase. Can it be seen by a third party
This technology isn't the regular plug and play technology that uses an OBD system which can easily be seen and removed from the dashboard.
What else do i need to know
Our modern tracking technology is
manually installed in a hidden place in your vehicle and can stay for years with effective performance. It has a strong network signal with high frquency. It uses the Direct Current from the vehicle battery and also has an
inbuilt battery that can stay up to 12hrs when the vehicle battery is removed.
